Refund policy
Owl spirit wear has a 7 day return policy for faulty garments ONLY, which means upon receipt of your goods you must throughly check and advise immediately with photos proof of the fault. The goods MUST not be worn, washed and have original tags still on it. The garment needs to be free of perfumes, deodorants or make-up marks. You have 7 days from date of Australia Post documented delivery date to make contact and request a review of a faulty ONLY garment (all garments are checked throughly prior to being dispatched), we do not accept refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or sale items.
There is NO REFUND on SALE items at all so please choose carefully.
There is no refunds or exchanges of garments purchased at a market stalls or pop-up shops so please choose carefully. You will always be offered to try on garments ensuring that you have the perfect fit for you.
